I had an appointment this morning with Dr Lindsay(doctor of audiology) for a hearing aid consultation from a traumatic injury to my ear I was very nervous and never experienced anything like this before it is a very scary time with this new hearing loss and with so many unanswered questions I didn’t know what to expect but Dr Lindsay was amazing. She was so calm and collected, kind and compassionate she answered any and all questions I had and I had a lot! She did not rush me and explained everything Her professionalism and expertise made me feel very comfortable and in great hands like she genuinely cared At the end of the appointment, she reminded me I could reach out at any time with questions or concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. Lindsay for your audiology needs💕🫶!

I have been seeing Dr. Chow at the Clearwater/ Countryside location, and absolutely love him! I recently underwent a surgical evaluation for the Inspire Implant and am looking forward to my upcoming surgery with him for the implant. He is kind, knowledgeable, explains everything very well, and really makes me feel very comforable. I don't think I could have found a better Doctor! Thank you so much Dr. Chow!!!

UPDATE: I will not be returning to this office. Dr. Chow failed to perform the bilateral turbinate reduction we agreed upon and documented prior to my surgery. Shockingly, this change was made while I was already under anesthesia. When I followed up, I received conflicting stories—the doctor suggested a different procedure entirely, while the office staff claimed nothing was needed on one side. It is incredibly disappointing to go through the recovery of a surgery only to find the work was left half-finished without a straight answer. I feel my time and health were not respected.

Been getting my ears clogged and drained for the past few years now since I’ve had bad ears and tubes when I was younger. Just went to get my ears drained/cleaned because my left ear is completely clogged, the doctor told me to take Flonase annd try to pop my ears every hour and come back in 3 weeks and probably pay another 300$ Still have wax clogging my ear same problem I had before coming in. Feel like I got robbed paid 300 for him to get some wax out and tell me to come back, WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY AND MY EAR IS STILL CLOGGED! Did a test and he told me there was fluid in my ear still after telling me it was all out still and he said he couldn’t get it out right now. Lol I asked why and he said cause it should come out naturally lol that’s why I came to you Dr. Chow because it wasn’t coming out on its own. Didn’t need to pay 300 to know that. Never been unhappy at an ear doctor I always leave with relief after getting my ears cleaned not still clogged go to a different ENT I’ve gone to this doctors before at a different office and had success DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE.

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience. My visit with Dr. Adrian Chow was very disappointing. He came across as dismissive and lacked compassion throughout the appointment. Instead of listening and addressing my concerns, he brushed them off, leaving me feeling unheard and disrespected. Patients deserve a doctor who takes the time to care and show empathy — unfortunately, that was not my experience with Dr. Chow.
