The staff is always incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming, which makes every visit feel so comfortable and personalized. The guided cold plunge is a game changer. Having someone walk you through the breathing and timing makes the experience feel empowering instead of intimidating. The space is consistently spotless, the saunas are deeply relaxing, and everything feels so intentional and elevated. It’s the kind of place you genuinely look forward to coming back to every time. Remedy Place in West Hollywood is easily one of the best luxury wellness and recovery experiences in LA. The design is absolutely gorgeous, calm, elevated, and intentional in a way that instantly makes you feel better just being there. The services and features are top-tier across the board, with a level of quality and execution that’s hard to find in one place. But honestly, the staff is the best part. Big shout out to the GM Lauren. Brandon is great as well. They’re incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely friendly, and refreshingly authentic, not the fake “wellness-y” vibe you sometimes get. They actually take time to guide you, explain what you’re doing and why it matters, and tailor recommendations to what your body needs. It seriously feels like they have enough expertise to add 10 years to your life. Lauren Donahue, the GM, is amazing. You can feel her leadership in the way everything runs smoothly and how cared for you feel from start to finish. If you want world class recovery in a beautiful space with people who truly know what they’re doing, this is it.

I had a really great first experience at Remedy Place this week, guided through my first ice bath—I was nervous, and felt so empowered! The team is professional, deeply knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. Thoughtful touches, like providing a swimsuit when I'd forgotten mine and offering complimentary hot tea, made me feel really cared for. The space itself is beautifully designed: calm, grounding, and naturally conducive to connection and community-building (I met several friendly visitors while there). I left feeling refreshed and more clear-headed than when I arrived. I'm excited to check out more of their offerings soon. Highly recommend for anyone seeking an elevated self-care experience.

Beautiful location, such an inviting space, with chill music, and the friendliest staff. Loved the amenities, came to try it and left with a membership! Highly recommend if you want guided ice baths, luxurious saunas and all the amazing tech therapies like Red Light.
