You are expected to pay when booking your appointment. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Anne Ortelee is a nationally and internationally certified astrologer: ISAR-CAP, PMAFA, and NCGR-PAA Level 3. Practicing astrology since 1995, Anne offers a full range of Astrological Services to her clients. Clients come in person, by phone or skype. She has trained in Palmistry and Tarot which compliment her Astrological Services.
