a month agoBeautiful location, such an inviting space, with chill music, and the friendliest staff. Loved the amenities, came to try it and left with a membership! Highly recommend if you want guided ice baths, luxurious saunas and all the amazing tech therapies like Red Light.

a month agoI’ve enjoyed adding Remedy Pl to my daily routine. I never thought I could do an ice bath and now it’s my favorite thing to do. The staff is amazing and they have the greatest hospitality. I felt so comfortable going through all my services. I’ve even gone with a few friends and had so much fun in the sauna and lymphatic suits! Definitely worth signing up!

a month agoThis was my first time doing the ice bath and breathing exercise, and Dillon was incredible and super patient and encouraging. I’m honestly not sure I would’ve made it through the full six minutes without his guidance! The staff here are all so welcoming and knowledgeable. On a previous visit, Paul walked me through the hyperbaric chamber session, and he made that experience just as smooth and relaxing. Every visit feels professional, supportive, and genuinely focused on wellness. Highly recommend Remedy Place to anyone looking to try something new and push their limits in a safe, positive environment.

3 weeks agoBooked a last minute sauna session on classpass and was so thrilled. Heard lots of great things about remedy and it definitely lived up to my expectations. The entire front staff was so welcoming and helpful, and Antronay took the time to explain all of the different services and answered all of my questions!! The size of the private sauna was great & the shower temperature & pressure was so strong, easy to cool off with the cold for when a break was needed. Will definitely be back
